Who is behind BRG?
Black Rock Grill was started in 2004 by hospitality entrepreneur Peter Hatter.
Prior to setting up Black Rock Grill, Peter worked in hotels, restaurants and pubs in many worldwide
locations where he had the opportunity to formulate his ideas into the present concept.
Peter is particularly keen to ensure that operators of Black Rock Grills have equipment that is ‘fit for
purpose' and certified to be safe for employees and customers under all working conditions.

Who are your clients?
Since its launch in 2004, over 300 Black Rock Grills have been installed.
Around 220 are in the UK with the rest in USA, India, Dubai, Saudi Arabia, Romania, Sweden, Finland, Russia, Nigeria, Costa Rica and 38 other countries.
