🎄 Christmas Delivery & Returns

Extended Holiday Returns:

We’ve extended our return policy for most items during the festive period. Orders placed between 19th November 2025 and 19th December 2025 can be returned for a refund, as long as all items are unused and in their original packaging, until 31st January 2026.

Orders placed before or after these dates are subject to our standard 30-day return policy.

Exclusions: Custom-branded items and gift cards are non-refundable.

Delivery Advice:
USPS Standard: Place your order by Wednesday 17th December 2025 for pre-Christmas delivery.

UPS Standard: Place your order by Tuesday 16th December 2025 for pre-Christmas delivery.

For faster shipping, consider upgrading to express services to reduce the risk of delays.

These dates are advisory and delivery is not guaranteed. We will do our best to meet expectations, but once parcels leave us, delivery depends on the carriers. Delays can occur, especially during the busy festive period.

Please note: For orders outside of the USA duty, taxes and fee charges will be applied by your local customs department and these will have to be paid locally. We have no jurisdiction over local taxes, duty or fees charged locally.

• Add items to your cart and enter your address for an instant shipping quote.
• We also operate a fulfilment centre in the USA to help reduce shipping costs and delivery times for North American and Canada customers.
• Please note that local duties, taxes, or import fees may apply for deliveries outside the UK and USA. These are the buyer’s responsibility.

Delivery Restrictions

Items containing flammable, pressurised, corrosive, or otherwise hazardous materials can only be shipped to UK or US mainland addresses due to carrier restrictions.

When a product is listed as pre-order, your order secures your place in the queue. We will dispatch your item as soon as it arrives in our warehouse. You will be notified by email once it ships.

Returns Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.
To qualify for a return, items must be:

• Unused and in their original packaging
• In the same condition as received
• Accompanied by proof of purchase (your order number)

Excluded Items:

• Personalized or custom-made items
• Custom-branded products (including engraved, logoed, or bespoke designs)
• Perishable goods
• Gift cards

Return Shipping: Non-refundable. We recommend using a tracked and insured postal service.

Refunds Policy

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days. Orders over $300.00 will be refunded minus any transaction fees which is between 2-5% depending on payment method (this is applied to cover non-refundable bank and transaction charges incurred during payment processing.)

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued at our discretion for:

• Items not in original condition.
• Damaged or incomplete items not due to our error.
• Returns received after 30 days.

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

• Orders cancelled will be refunded in full minus any transaction fees which is between 2-5% depending on payment method- this is applied to cover non-refundable bank and transaction charges incurred during payment processing.
• Once your order has been dispatched, it will be treated as a return and subject to our returns policy above.

Discount & Promotion Codes

• Promotional codes and discounts cannot be applied to previous orders.
• Valid only on blackrockgrill.com.
• One code per order. Cannot be combined with other offers.
• Excludes sale items, multi-buy packs Effeuno and MFItaly Brands.
• Not transferable or redeemable for cash or credit.
