🚚 Pallet Delivery Information

For heavy items and ovens, we use a pallet delivery service to ensure your order arrives safe, secure, and in perfect condition.

🕒 Delivery Timeframes

We work with trusted pallet couriers who offer:

  • Standard delivery: 2–5 working days (Monday to Friday)

  • Next working day delivery: Available for orders placed before 11:00 am

Once your order has been packed and dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking link.
We recommend checking the tracking each morning to stay updated on your estimated delivery day.

📦 What to Expect on Delivery Day

  • Roadside (kerbside) delivery only: The pallet will be unloaded to the nearest accessible point.
    Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery and help move the goods safely from the roadside into your property. Keeping all products upright to avoid any damage.

  • Once your order is out for delivery, the courier will provide a 2–3 hour delivery window.

  • It’s essential that someone is present to accept the delivery — the driver cannot return later the same day. 

🚫 Missed Deliveries & Redelivery Charges

If no one is available at the confirmed address when the driver arrives, the pallet will be returned to the local delivery depot.
A redelivery charge will apply before your order can be scheduled for another attempt.
To avoid this, please ensure you’re available on the confirmed delivery date. 

🧾 On Arrival

When your pallet arrives:

  1. Inspect the pallet carefully before signing for it.

  2. If you notice any visible damage, note it on the driver’s paperwork, take clear photos, and email us immediately at ukshop@blackrockgrill.com.

This helps us quickly resolve any delivery issues and ensures you’re fully protected.

🌍 Overseas Orders (Ex Works)

For overseas orders, shipments are made on an Ex Works (EXW) basis.
This means:

  • We will provide all pallet dimensions, weights, and shipping paperwork.

  • It is then the customer’s responsibility to arrange collection and transport through your chosen freight or pallet courier.

We’re happy to assist with any documentation or details your shipping company requires — just contact us once your order is ready for dispatch.
