In the UK a 13amp UK plug is fitted to the Effeuno Ovens unless it is a Extra Power Oven which will need a dedicated electrical supply.

The Effeuno ovens are shipped on a pallet to protect the oven during transit. We have experienced too many instances where careless courier drivers have caused damage to the ovens by mishandling them. Therefore, the shipping cost reflects the care taken in shipping the oven to you

The cost of the ovens is higher in the UK because they have incurred shipping charges from Europe, along with custom and clearance duty fees to reach the UK.

There is a one-year warranty on the Effeuno ovens. The Ovens warranty covers mechanical and electrical failures due to manufacturer's defect but exclude consumable items and accidental damage.These items are excluded from the oven warranties because their deterioration is expected due to normal use / accidental damage, not a manufacturing fault.

• Wear and tear items: These are parts that are expected to deteriorate through normal use and require regular replacement. Bulbs and lamps, door seals, door glass panels, biscotto stone, filters
• Consumable items: Bulbs and lamps, door seals, door glass panels, biscotto stone, filters that need routine cleaning, maintenance and replacement.
• Damage from misuse or neglect: Damage caused by not following the manufacturer's usage guidelines, improper maintenance, lack of cleaning or neglect (e.g., ignoring a warning light) is not covered.
• Accidental damage: Damage resulting from accidents, including broken glass door panels and the biscotto stone, knocks and hits to the elements, 
• Modifications: Damage caused by unauthorized modifications or the use of non-genuine/approved parts can void a warranty claim.
• Cosmetic damage: Scratches, dents, or other aesthetic issues that do not affect the function of the oven are excluded. 

We have all the spare parts available, and in the rare case of a malfunction, we can diagnose the fault over the phone. For warranty repairs, we will expedite the parts to you, and at our expense, a local engineer can be sourced to fit the part. After the warranty has expired, parts and engineering charges would need to be paid for.

Yes, we can ship to most places worldwide. We would pack the oven on a pallet, secure and provide commercial invoice, weight and dimensions -Shipping outside on the UK will be 'Ex works' which means you would arrange your own shipping.
