Care & Safety Guidelines:

Outer Oven Care: Wipe down the outer dome using a damp cloth. Keep the oven covered over winter to help retain its coating for longer. Never jet wash.
Protection: An easy-to-use weatherproof cover is included with your oven to keep it looking as good as new for all future pizza parties.
Inner Oven Care: To clean the inside of the oven, including the stones, it is advised to heat the oven to maximum temperature for 30-60 minutes to burn off grease and food residue. Never use water inside the oven.
Stone Care: Once the oven is completely cool, use a wire brush to gently remove burnt-on residue and sweep out the ash if needed. Please read the provided stone care instructions carefully.
Safety Warning: Not to be used in enclosed or indoor spaces. Gas and wood fuels must not be used at the same time.
