How subscriptions work

Subscriptions are automatically renewed according to your chosen delivery interval, and your products will be shipped directly to your doorstep after each successful renewal.

For example, if you start a monthly subscription, your credit card will be automatically charged each month, and your products will arrive each month, no need to reorder manually!

Can I pause or cancel a subscription?

Yes! You can pause or cancel your subscription anytime through the customer portal. Access it using the magic link sent to your email when you placed your first subscription, or by logging into your account on our shop.

Important: Subscriptions require a minimum of 2 orders/payments before they can be cancelled. This ensures you get the full discount and prevents accidental one-time orders. Once the minimum orders have been fulfilled, you can pause. edit or cancel freely.

How to Skip or Reschedule a Charge

You’re in control of your subscription!

  • Skip a delivery: In the customer portal, each upcoming delivery will have a “Skip Payment” button. Click it to skip that charge.

  • Reschedule a delivery: To change the delivery date, click the “Reschedule” button next to the scheduled delivery.

This makes it easy to adjust your subscription to fit your schedule, no need to cancel if you just want to delay a shipment.

Can I add products to my subscription?

Of course. You can add products to your subscription in the customer portal. Just click on the Edit button in the products card and edit, remove or add products to your subscription.

What happens if the payment can't be processed?

If the subscription can't be renewed because a payment can't be processed you will receive an email with a link where you can safely update your payment method.
