International Shipping
International orders are shipped via our international courier service for fast and reliable delivery. Rates are live from our couriers and calculated based on weight and destination. Add items to your cart and enter your delivery address for quotes. We have a fulfilment centre in the USA to keep shipping rates low. Please note that duties, taxes, and fees may apply locally for orders shipped outside the UK.
Delivery Restrictions
Any product containing flammable, pressurised, corrosive, environmentally hazardous, or otherwise restricted substances is classified as dangerous goods and can only be delivered to the UK or US mainland.
Pre-Order
When products are not in stock, they may be available on a pre-order basis. You’ll be placed in a queue to receive them as soon as they arrive in our warehouse.
Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Personalized, perishable items, and gift cards are excluded. Return shipping costs are non-refundable, and we recommend tracked and insured shipping. Include your order number inside the package.

Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted at our discretion for items not in original condition, damaged, missing parts not due to our error, or returned after 30 days.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within a few days.
Exchanges
We only replace items if defective or damaged. Email ukshop@blackrockgrill.com before sending the item. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
