Stuffed mushroom (vegetarian option)

A classic dish with a twist. This dish doesn't use any oils or fats making it a healthier way of cooking.

1. Cook the rice and add cheese
2. Remove the stalks from the mushroom
3. Once the rice is ready fill the mushroom and add any other veg you would like.
4. Put it on the hot rock and watch it sizzle.
