If your product arrives damaged or gets damaged after use, email some photos to sales@blackrockgrill.com and one of our team members will discuss sending a replacement product with you. We have a 30 day return policy.
Tabletop cooking in the restaurant is going to generate some fumes and we recommend the following to keep the fumes to a minimum, swap the smoke detectors for heat detectors, trim excess fat from protein, do not marinate your protein in oil or butters, keep oils and fats to a minimum when cooking on the rock.
All exports are expertly packed in wooden crates to ensure that your Black Rock Grill system arrives in good condition. Consignments in the USA, Canada, Caribbean, Central & South America are dispatched from our office in New Castle DE. Within the EC we can arrange shipping door-to-door. For the rest of the world, our freight forwarders can arrange air freight or ocean freight depending on how quickly you want the Black Rock Grill. We prefer to ship DDP - Delivered Duty Paid which means the crate is delivered without you having to arrange to clear the goods locally. If DDP is not possible then your order will be shipped on CIF - Cost Insurance Freight basis to your nearest port, from where you will need to arrange customs clearance and delivery at your cost. We always get three quotes to ensure you are not paying over the odds.

The answer to that is no, but we do recommend that you speak to your insurance broker. In our experience insurers put Black Rock Grill cooking the same category as they do a sizzling cast iron skillet which is served superheated and can also cause a burn if touched.
Absolutely, the Black Rock Grill concept is very family friendly. When you buy a system we include table talkers and flags which tell the customer not to touch the hot rock to ensure everyone can enjoy hot rock dining safely.
